Brutalisme aims to showcase key references on the evolution of Brutalism. Starting from its origins with Le Corbusier's work all over Europe, Citée Radieuse in Marseille was the starting point of a long journey that would fade away by the end of the 70's. Brutalism had in its core an utopian concept, a social point of view of how new housing after WW2 should develop, the idea of a building like a vertical city.

Clara Porset was a Cuban architect and furniture designer. Her most relevant work was related to contemporary interior decoration and its adaptation to the Tropics. The use of wood, the curves, Porset’s furniture updated vernacular Mexican materials (such as woven agave fibers) and forms (the colonial butaque chair).

Zeitgeist magazine is a collaborative project between Annika Soja and Lena Manger. Oscar Gómez and I were commissioned to create a poster about one topic, the zeitgeist. We understood the zeitgeist as a feeling that defines our generation, a feeling of desbelief, a feeling of not belonging to the path we are meant to follow since we are educated in school. A feeling that we are not a manufactured product, we want to do our own thing, and that starts with accepting the consequences of rejecting the status quo. We created a short manifesto to embrace the rupture of that path.

This is going to be quick is a quick journey through shapes, sounds, textures, colours and many other things that influenced the way I designed and who I am. It starts during the 60's with the Windrush Generation and the sounds, records and style they brought to the UK which later on influenced different subcultures for many many years, and actually, still do. It's a quick journey through 16 pages full of passion about what I'm into. 2019 version to be published.
[N] Randomiser[F] Ephemera[M] Various sizes[Y] 2017-2019
The Randomiser is the place where you can find things I've done over the years that are visually interesting, but not consistent enough to be showcased as a full project. That includes pictures, sketches, small publications and different kind of stuff I've been producing.
